Led by Simon Fuhrmann, our experience spans more than two decades across industrial and commercial property, education, residential land and energy infrastructure.

FP Solutions has been delivering industrial and commercial developments across Queensland for more than 20 years, completing over 35,000 sqm of floor space.
We specialise in purpose-built facilities generally under 5,000 sqm, with a strong focus on site selection and operational efficiencies.
Our approach is to understand the end user’s business needs early, then manage the planning, design and development process to deliver functional, cost-effective facilities on time and within budget.
Residential
FP Solutions develops boutique residential land projects in areas where planning, market demand and site fundamentals support a strong development outcome.
Our approach is focused on careful site selection, efficient subdivision design and progressing the planning and infrastructure required to create high-quality residential lots.
We concentrate on projects where location, amenity and scarcity can create long-term value for both buyers and the surrounding community.
Education
FP Solutions develops boutique childcare centres in locations where there is a clear underlying need for care.
Our approach starts with careful site selection and demographic analysis, followed by close collaboration to create warm, functional and efficient learning environments.
Each project is developed around the characteristics of its local market, with an emphasis on accessibility, functionality and strong occupancy outcomes.
Energy Infrastructure
FP Solutions has been active in large-scale energy development for more than eight years, originating and progressing battery storage and renewable energy projects across Queensland and New South Wales.
Our capability includes site identification, land and access agreements, network and connection strategy, planning and environmental approvals, community engagement and commercial project structuring, in association with specialist energy development company Silo Energy.

SIMON FUHRMANN
Simon Fuhrmann is a property and infrastructure developer with more than 20 years of experience across private development, property acquisition, leasing, valuation and project delivery.
His experience spans industrial, commercial, education, residential and energy projects across Queensland and New South Wales, with a particular focus on identifying opportunities early and working through the land, planning, infrastructure and commercial issues required to progress them.
In recent years, this has expanded into major energy infrastructure, including the origination and development of utility-scale battery storage and renewable energy projects.
As a qualified valuer and fully licensed real estate agent, Simon brings a strong understanding of property fundamentals, commercial value and transaction structure to the development process.
He remains directly involved in FP Solutions projects from initial opportunity through to delivery or transaction.
